MILITARY/LE AGENCY For Weapons/Suppressor/Explosives purchases Federal excise tax exemption certificate, letter of intent, and a purchase order. All of these documents must be originals and the letter of intent must be on department letterhead and signed by the chief law enforcement officer.
DEALER Class III dealers must provide a true copy original of both their FFL, and their class III license.
