Q: Do you sell to civilians (non-government)?
A: Most products found at SRT Supply are available to the public through the E Store

SRT DOES NOT sell products such as weapons (firearms, ), less lethal products, body armor, and most items associated exclusively with law enforcement and/or the military to civilians.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can buy online through this E Store, call the store and place an order with our helpful sales staff or if you are a law enforcement professional, you can reach one of our territory representatives for LE pricing.

Q: How quick is your turnaround?
A: We hold many products in our inventory and can get them out to most locations as quickly as next day if needed.

Factors that may affect delivery:

· Legal issues- Certain products such as weapons, gas and less lethal ordinance can take 90-120 days to ship. In the event of an emergency, special paperwork can be filed to hurry your order.

· Military shortages- For the past year, demand for equipment such as body armor has been above average. This has created materials shortages, back ordering and in turn delays in delivery.
· Customization- Customized product almost always takes more time to manufacture and ship than standard product.

· Manufacturing production schedules. If product is ordered between a manufacturer's scheduled runs, delivery delays should be expected.

Q: Are you on State and/or GSA contract?
A: For some product, yes, and we are in the process of adding more. None the less, SRT pricing is very competitive with State and GSA contract as well as other suppliers.

A: Yes.
